Confidentiality
The visitor / business partner is obliged to keep all business and trade secrets and other information become known to him secret. Documents or images may be taken only with explicit permission and then only as a copy.
Privacy
We (BEWITAL, Industriestrasse 10, 46354 Südlohn-Oeding) use personal data exclusively to record visitors to our company. This is done for reasons of product safety (IFS Food). Compliance with the guidelines is obligatory for our company. This is a legitimate interest of our company (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR). If we are requested by authorities to transfer the data to an authority, we will comply with this request if there is a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 c GDPR). Personal data will only be transferred to a third country if there is a legal obligation to do so. The data will be stored in accordance with the purpose and deleted after one year. You can address your data subject rights ((information, correction, deletion, restriction, revocation)) to our company or our data protection officer (datenschutz@bewital.de). There is a right of appeal to a supervisory authority responsible for data protection.
